No wonder they resist - "I should be content" "I have a good life, why don't I look for trouble" "I have too many responsibilities, and I don't have time to doubt myself". He is an IT banner design security specialist who has always been interested in computer technology; he successfully obtained a degree in information engineering and successively worked in several medium-sized companies. Throughout the last year, however, he became more and more anxious to explore other possibilities. The things that once motivated him to work in information security—helping those around him solve their problems and keep them from getting hurt—are now turning him off. He has to help what he calls "computer idiots", which he hates. He was in charge of leading a team and began to feel anxious about not getting along with team members.
