MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — The Monmouth County DWI Task Force announced it will be conducting two checkpoints over this upcoming weekend.
August 22, 2025
On Friday, the first checkpoint will take place in Sea Girt from 9 p.m. on Friday until 1 a.m. on Saturday.
All southbound vehicles on Route 71 will be diverted into the Sea Girt Professional Building, where drivers will be screened for their sobriety.
August 23, 2025
The second DWI checkpoint will be on Saturday in Wall Township from 10 p.m. on Saturday until 2 a.m. on Sunday. All drivers going westbound on Route 138 will be diverted onto Maxwell Road, where drivers will be screened for their sobriety.
